Sara Series: Adventure-orientated pony series with a slightly older heroine than the norm. Not served by a very good translation.

1) SARA AND THE MYSTERY OF THE THOROUGHBRED aka SARA OCH FULLBLODMYSTERIET (Original Swedish title) (PONY CLUB/STABENFELDT 2002) SUMMARY: Sixteen year old Sarah is so obsessed with horses she has never had time for boys. But when she meets the neighbour's new stableboy Mike, she suddenly realizes there's more to life than ponies. When Mike is left in charge of the neighbour's TB horses whilst they are away, he and Sara get caught up in a series of mysterious events.
2) SAVE THE HORSES SARA! aka RADDA HASTARNA SARA! (Original Swedish title) (PONY CLUB/STABENFELDT 2004) SUMMARY: Sara is worried about a lost and unkempt horse wandering around the district. She sets out to help and then discovers the horse may be connected with the recent disappearance of a number of race horses.
3) CLEAR THE HURDLES SARA! aka OVER ALLA HINDER SARA! (Original Swedish title) (PONY CLUB/STABENFELDT 2005) SUMMARY: When her friend Jessie moves to England, Sara is thrilled to be spending a vacation there with her, even though it means leaving boyfriend Mike alone with the alluring Susie. Once in England, Sara and Jessie try to help new friend Fiona get back her confidence in riding after a terrible accident. If they don't it may mean Fiona losing her beloved horse…
4) SARA AND THE CRYING CLOWN aka SARA OCH CLOWNEN SOM GRAT (Original Swedish title) (PONY CLUB/STABENFELDT 2006) SUMMARY: When Sara and her sister and friend are staying alone at her grandparent's Shetland Pony farm, they are threatened by a mysterious clown. Not for those of us with clown phobias!!!
5) WATCH OUT SARAH! aka AKTA DIG SARA! (Original Swedish title) (PONY CLUB/STABENFELDT 2006) SUMMARY: Sarah makes a new friend Molly, whose family own racehorses. But the girl's fun is spoilt by the unpleasant trainer George. They soon begin to wonder if he is hiding a guilty secret…
